World of Outlaws Late Models debut at Rocket Raceway Park on Sept. 28

Before the World of Outlaws CASE Late Models conclude their 2024 season at the World of Outlaws World Finals, they’ll set the stage for the final war of stars at the Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, Texas, on Saturday, Sept. 28. The event will pay $15,000 to win and feature a $65,000 purse.

Along with the deries debut, it’ll also be the first time the track hosts a national Late Model series. However, some of the full-time World of Outlaws drivers do have experience at Rocket.

Cade Dillard and current MD3 Rookie of the Year points leader Dustin Sorensen are the only current full-time World of Outlaws drivers with a win at Rocket Raceway Park. However, their wins came in a Modified with the Summit USMTS National Championship presented by RacinDirt..

The last major Late Model race at Rocket was the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series event last year, which Dillard finished second in.

Joinng the program on Saturday, Sept. 28, will be the Coston & Son Ready Mix USRA Limited Mods and By-Line Surveying USRA Factory Stocks.
